A Change of Status Application generally applies to holders of valid Employment Permit, Visa Permission, or individuals who have been granted an Employment Permit or Visa Permission.
When a fundamental change in circumstances occurs, the individual may apply for a Change of Status Application. A number of of factors are taken into consideration when this application is made to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
